TIG AC/DC Welding Machine PATON™ ProTIG–315–WK – basic data
The inverter-based TIG AC/DC Welding Machine PATON™ ProTIG 315 WK, supplied with the Cooler 7-S, a trolley, and a foot pedal, is a versatile tool for demanding welders. It enables welding with TIG AC/DC, MMA, and SPOT methods, offering a maximum current of 315 A and compatibility with tungsten electrodes from 1.0 to 4.0 mm, thus covering a wide range of materials. Features such as double pulse in TIG DC mode, single pulse in TIG AC mode, and non-contact HF arc ignition facilitate the production of precise, aesthetically pleasing, and repeatable welds. Additionally, remote adjustment of welding parameters from the TIG torch and the ability to store up to 10 welding profiles enhance process control. An adaptive fan and precise gas flow regulation increase efficiency, even with long extension leads. The cooler, equipped with quick couplings and a flow sensor, ensures effective cooling of welding torches, boosting productivity. A durable investment offering exceptional value for money, ideal for advanced industrial applications.
The “Professional” series device, has been designed for consumers requiring a compact design and an optimum ratio between the portability and functionality of a unit with its full rated current.
The best solution for direct and alternating current welding of a wide range of materials: aluminium, aluminium alloys (TIG AC mode), steel parts and materials, non-ferrous metals and copper alloys (TIG DC mode). The machine can also be used for welding with covered electrodes (MMA mode). In addition, the manufacturer has incorporated the (SPOT) function in this device. The PATON ProTIG 315 inverter welder provides excellent contactless ignition, a constant and stable electric arc, as well as high weld quality and ease of use. The unit has a protection module against under- and over-voltage supply. Due to the increased frequency of the input voltage that the transformer is supplied with, it is several times smaller, so the device is several times lighter in weight and dimensions with the same output characteristics compared to other devices with similar characteristics.
The TIG AC/DC Welding Machine PATON™ ProTIG–315–WK is designed for welding:
– TIG AC/DC (direct / alternating current)
– MMA (direct current)
– SPOT (spot welding mode)
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF PATON EQUIPMENT:
- European manufacture
